Return & Refund Policy

All shafts sold through Old Town Golf are custom-built products. Because of the custom nature of our inventory, we are unable to resell returned shafts at retail value.

For this reason, all sales are considered final.

Wrong item received

If we ship you the wrong shaft, contact us within 7 days of delivery at oldtowngolfshop@gmail.com. We'll send the correct shaft immediately at no cost to you.

Damaged on arrival

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your shaft arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage at oldtowngolfshop@gmail.com. We manage damage claims directly through the shipping carrier and will handle the process on our end.

Edge cases

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you have a situation that falls outside the above, reach out and we'll do our best to find a fair resolution. Where applicable, we may offer store credit toward a future purchase.

Refunds

Outside of the exceptions above, we do not offer cash refunds. Any store credit issued will be delivered digitally via email and can be applied to any future purchase at oldtowngolfshop.com.

European Union orders

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. Contact us at oldtowngolfshop@gmail.com to initiate.
